Biography

Aged 6, Claire Anderson's favourite pastime was recording herself reading out loud. Mostly Mary Cicely Barker's Flower Fairy poems. So, a career as a voice over isn’t a great surprise to long suffering family and friends who had to listen back to the ‘shows!’

Claire Anderson broadcasting career began as a music radio DJ and she worked at several regional and national stations across the country. After signing with a London voice over agency, she moved from radio studio to vocal booth. Her first job was the promo voice of MTV Hits UK and Strictly Come Dancing’s weekly promos.

She has also presented many TV shows, including ITV’s ‘House of Fun,’ Channel 4's 'Scientific Eye' and The Mag on Channel 5. As showbiz correspondent for Sky, Claire interviewed the great and the good, including David Attenborough and Michael Parkinson to Jamie Oliver, Robbie Williams and Ant and Dec.
